Midwives build on Collaborative Conversations for the workplace

Ignition has delivered the second day of: Collaborative Conversations: Brief Motivational Interviewing, for workplace representatives of the Royal College of Midwives (Wales).

The skill development day focusing on consolidation of MI skills, was very well received, with 100% of attendees rating themselves satisfied or very satisfied by the day.

Asked how likely they were to recommend the training to other RCM collogues, the average score was 8.16 out of 10.

Dr Mark Farrall, Director of ignition said: "We are looking forward to building further in day 3, when we will look at techniques of peer group coaching to consolidate the MI practice as part of workforce development"
